‘O my Love is like a red, red rose’ is one of the most famous similes in all of the poetry, one of the most recognizable opening lines, and one of the best-known romantic lines. Yet its true origins are a little less straightforward than we might think (did Robert Burns even write it?), so it’s worth subjecting ‘A Red, Red Rose’ to some closer scrutiny and analysis.

Poem, A Red, Red Rose by Robert Burns:
O my Luve is like a red, red rose
That’s newly sprung in June;
O my Luve is like the melody
That’s sweetly played in tune.
So fair art thou, my bonnie lass,
So deep in luve am I;
And I will luve thee still, my dear,
Till a’ the seas gang dry.
Till a’ the seas gang dry, my dear,
And the rocks melt wi’ the sun;
I will love thee still, my dear,
While the sands o’ life shall run.
And fare thee weel, my only luve!
And fare thee weel awhile!
And I will come again, my luve,
Though it were ten thousand miles.

Bergazest The early opening starts with sparkling, realistic bergamot (and other citruses) note Shortly after, white florals (neroli, jasmine) and a beautiful soft musk comes in support, The heart unveils a vanillic creaminess (sandalwood?), and musk becomes a bit animalistic with probably some spices (coriander, and possibly a hint of cloves and cumin), and some woods, then pink florals came into play with berries and stays all long till it becomes a skin scent.

We have created this masterpiece with the added touch of petrichor to make it more masculine. The fragrance is definitely in the gourmand area as it smells to me like lemon pound cake. In my opinion, this is unisex until the dry down because then it leans masculine on my skin. There's also a lot of cotton candy in here but the way it mixes with the salty/leathery ambergris makes it a way less 'edible' feeling.

Inspired by the Black Onyx from the Middle East, the fragrance honors the impenetrable black gemstone of powerful and ambivalent energy, reserved for the strong-spirited. The Extrait de Parfum draws its mysterious allure from Naram, the first Mesopotamian king and god of the Moon. While it opens with brighter notes of Mandarin and Geranium, Malaccensis Oud from Laos sits at the heart of this fragrance with labdanum to enhance its smoky accents before revealing the more mysterious notes of black incense and caramel in the dry down.
