Turandot is designed to depict the exoticism and appeal of the Far East with references to the famous opera by Italian composer Giacomo Puccini. The original story and theme of this opera are actually based on one of the seven stories in the epic Haft Peykar, the work of Nizami, a 12th-century Persian poet.

The top notes are Lemon, Bergamot, Aldehydes, and Petitgrain;

The middle notes are May Rose, Peach, Magnolia, Heliotrope, Immortelle, Ylang-Ylang, Black Currant, Princess Tree or Paulownia, Jasmine, and Orange Blossom;

The base notes are Coffee, Moss, Benzoin, Iris, Cedar, Labdanum, Patchouli, and Cashmere Wood.
